Cypress West Partners Acquires 18,000-Square-Foot Medical Office Building

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (February 12, 2016) – Cypress West Partners has announced the acquisition of an 18,000-square-foot, single-story medical office building in Henderson NV. Located at 2811 W. Horizon Ridge, the property is 100 percent occupied by primary tenant Desert Radiology.

The asset fits well into Cypress West’s portfolio. The firm has been taking an interest in the greater Las Vegas market for some time as part of its overall acquisition plan. Cypress West now has 157,222 square feet of medical office space in the Nevada market.

“This asset fits our criteria well. It has a long -term tenant with a 60-year track record of providing quality care in Nevada,” said Jeffrey A. Johnson, partner, Cypress West Partners. The firm has also expanded its third party management business in Nevada. The firm recently announced that it had been chosen by Orlando-based CNL Healthcare Properties to manage a three-building medical office campus totaling approximately 140,000 square feet of space.

Cypress West plans to hold the Horizon Ridge asset for the long term. The firm will focus on leasing up remaining space with complimentary healthcare practices.
