Cypress West Partners Completes Medical Office Development in Bakersfield, CA

Bakersfield, CA. — Cypress West Partners is pleased to announce the recent completion of a strategic repositioning of a former bank branch to a medical office location for Accelerated Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA.  Just off the highly traveled California State Route 99 and the heavily traveled commercial California Avenue corridor the building located at 4040 California Avenue underwent significant interior and exterior renovations to bring the 1970’s vintage building to up to current code compliance and deliver a turnkey clinical solution for the tenant.

The approximately 6,000-square-foot building now boasts 8 exam rooms, 2 triage rooms, and dedicated x-ray and procedure rooms for patients to seek treatment in beginning in the Fall of 2020.  With numerous government shutdowns during the project schedule Cypress West Partners and project team of WWCI (general contractor), Tri-Arc Architecture & Design (architect) delivered the building both ahead of schedule and under budget.
